Join Librarian Tim for a hike along the path that Benedict Arnold took when fleeing West Point in an attempt to reach British lines in 1780. We'll do a easy-medium hike around 3 miles in length that will pass through the bamboo forests of the Glenclyffe Loop with great ridge-line views high over the Hudson River, then continue on to Arden Point, which juts out into the river, offering nice views of the river, West Point Military Academy and the Bear Mountain Bridge. A bag lunch will be provided. A non-refundable $5 fee is due when registering.
Please specify sandwich preference when registering: ham, turkey, chicken salad or fresh mozzarella & tomato
