For ages 5-8. Damien has a fun, playful, and engaging way to introduce children to the benefits of yoga, incorporating movement, breathing, and mindfulness in a way that is accessible and enjoyable for young learners.

Join Adult Services librarian Eileen for a trip in our fictional time machine by reading modern books about the fictional past and dystopian future! Themed refreshments based on the book selection will be provided.

Marla Caplan returns to Haverstraw Library to do in-person and virtual chair yoga classes. You may come into the library or participate from home! All levels welcome, please bring a mat and a water bottle.
