The Guggenheim Museum

An internationally renowned art museum and one of the most significant architectural icons of the 20th century, the Guggenheim Museum in New York is at once a vital cultural center, an educational institution, and the heart of an international network of museums. Its collection boasts examples of Impressionists, Post-Impressionists, early Modern and Contemporary Art. Virtually explore this NYC landmark from the comfort of your home! Part 2 in a 3 part museum series.

Afterwards, borrow our museum pass to The Guggenheim Museum with your Haverstraw library card and see it all in-person!

Marisa Horowitz- Jaffe has been teaching, studying and living ancient history for over 25 years. Her background includes double Bachelor’s degrees in Egyptology and Roman Archaeology, with an Art History minor, from The University of Michigan, followed by a Master’s degree from Harvard University in Art and Museum Education.

This program is co-sponsored by the Haverstraw Public Library, the Palisades Library, and the Orangeburg Library.
