SOUND BATHS FOR KIDS
In this program we will cover:
•History & Fun Facts of sound baths
•Show video of how bowls are made
•Interactive sound display using (water, sand, styrofoam, rice)
•Pass a bowl around for the kids to play
•Benefits- Calms the nervous system, increases focus & attention span, reduces anxiety & stress, grounding effects
•End with a sound bath while the children play games
