ZUMBA Fitness classes are a fun way to lose weight, get in shape, and stay healthy! Classes are simple enough for anyone to follow.You'll have a great time and not even realize you are getting an amazing workout!

Marla Caplan returns to Haverstraw Library to do in-person and virtual chair yoga classes. You may come into the library or participate from home! All levels welcome, please bring a mat and a water bottle.
