ZUMBA Fitness classes are a fun way to lose weight, get in shape, and stay healthy! Classes are simple enough for anyone to follow. There will be options for beginners as well as advanced students so you can work at your own pace. You'll have a great time and not even realize you are getting an amazing workout! Please make sure you have enough room to move around freely and wear comfortable clothes. A water bottle is a must! Via Zoom, registration required. Pauline Henriques has been teaching Zumba since 2008 and is a licensed ZUMBA instructor.
