Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises. Registration opens on February 4 for Haverstraw cardholders and on February 14 for all others, space permitting.

Sensory fun with explorative and interactive play for ages 0-6!  Families welcome, no registration.

Francesca from Powerhouse Dance Center will show you how to pop and lock with style! This is a 3-part class and students should attend all three lessons. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring a water bottle.
