For ages 5-8. Damien has a fun, playful, and engaging way to introduce children to the benefits of yoga, incorporating movement, breathing, and mindfulness in a way that is accessible and enjoyable for young learners.

Sensory fun with explorative and interactive play for ages 18-35 months!  Families welcome, no registration.

For walkers only under 36 mos. old and their adults.  Stories, fingerplays, songs & bubbles!  Registration opens February 24.  Parent/Caregiver participation required.
