Marla Caplan returns to Haverstraw Library to do in-person and virtual chair yoga classes. You may come into the library or participate from home! All levels welcome, please bring a mat and a water bottle.

Forever Young plays ‘50s, ‘60s and ‘70s oldies from the likes of Dion & the Belmonts and The Duprees to Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis and Elvis.

For ages 5-8. Damien has a fun, playful, and engaging way to introduce children to the benefits of yoga, incorporating movement, breathing, and mindfulness in a way that is accessible and enjoyable for young learners.

Sensory fun with explorative and interactive play for ages 2-5!  Families welcome, no registration.
